I’m sitting here editing the images from the “photoshoot” I did today and this picture popped up. Most people might skim over this photo and deem it unusable because my back fat is extremely visible, as is my large belly. However, looking at this picture reminds me of just how far I’ve come along. I’m no longer that insecure teenager who wouldn’t dare to wear a dress in fear of my body being too visible. I’m no longer that terrified young girl that was too scared to stand up for herself because she never felt worth while. I’m proud of who I’ve become, the people I’m blessed to know and I couldn’t be more grateful to have found the wonderful FA community.
